Chamela USA gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund within 30 days from purchase date.
To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or missing garment tags. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to address associated with your account.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on www.chamela.us at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
How to Return Merchandise
You can use a carrier of your choice to ship your return to the address below or for your convenience you will do it with FEDEX who is our carrier. In any of those cases we will deduct the shipping value.
Please affix the label to your package, include a copy of your invoice, take the package to the nearest drop off location for the specified carrier and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is traceable and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Please write your tracking number on the invoice and include it in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take up to 15 days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date the items were purchased.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge.
Credits are generally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.
International customers must supply their own shipping labels for returns.
